Of much greater importance is that there would be fewer electrons and fewer particles at the same density. However, the temperature dependence of the pp nuclear reaction chain is so steep I think this would be a minor factor and nuclear fusion would become significant at a similar temperature. Hence the density of protons in the core would be lower for the same mass density than in a "normal star". Note that other than a thin layer near the surface, the water would be completely dissociated and the hydrogen and oxygen atoms completely or mostly ionised respectively. The hydrogen and oxygen ions would be thoroughly and homogeneously mixed by convection. The biggest difference between the Monarch-class and other PlazWorks-designed Trident vessels is the power source. Some wartime Monarch-class vessels have a unique "makers mark" of the Aqua Vault yard logo on the portside front of the vessel, while postwar vessels manufactured in Vergesso Driveyards spaceborne facilities do not have this mark. This was also a deliberate attempt to try and obfuscate the origins of the craft it could appear to be a RedEagle Confederacy ship from a distance, and indeed registers as one on most long-range sensors, with only a detailed analysis of the ship's power source belying its true origins. This has led to the vessel having significantly weaker hull plating than other PlazWorks vessels. It does not have the standard PlazWorks Gen2-style armouring of the time, instead using materials that are more readily available and easier to source, both in and out of Trident.
